Connecting EventSquare With Eventication
Published on October 22, 2025
Anyone who’s ever organised an event knows how messy things can get when systems don’t talk to each other. You end up juggling spreadsheets, sending files back and forth, and trying to keep track of who’s allowed where. It’s time-consuming, and it’s easy to make mistakes.
That’s why we built a direct connection between EventSquare and Eventication. From now on, organisers can link both platforms so that your GA tickets flows straight into Eventication. When someone, an artist, supplier, press contact, or guest, needs a GA ticket from EventSquare, you can now add that ticket to their portal. They’ll find both their backstage access and their GA ticket in one place.
It’s a small change that saves a lot of time. No more importing lists or worrying about who got the right pass. Everything stays up to date automatically, and your team can focus on running the event instead of checking data.
For us, this integration is about keeping things simple. Most of the work behind a smooth check-in happens before gates open, and the fewer manual tasks there are, the better that process runs.
If you’re using EventSquare and want to connect it with Eventication, you can set it up yourself in just a few minutes. Simply copy your API key from EventSquare and paste it into the Integration section inside Eventication. That’s it, both platforms are connected and ready to sync.
