Our New Tickoweb Integration.

We're excited to share a new integration that simplifies how you manage different types of access and rewards for your event. If you're using Tickoweb for your ticket sales and Eventication for your event operations, we've built a direct connection that helps you bring it all together.

For event organizers, handling backstage access for performers, VIP tickets for special guests, and even rewards for your dedicated volunteers can sometimes mean navigating different lists and platforms. We saw an opportunity to make this much more streamlined.

That’s why we’ve created a way for your Tickoweb account to connect directly with Eventication, allowing you to manage various entitlements in one central system.

Here’s what this integration actually enables:

Imagine this scenario: You’re organizing a concert. Through Eventication, you allocate, say, four backstage passes for the artist's touring crew. Separately, through your Tickoweb ticket sales, the artist also receives three VIP tickets for guests. Now, with our integration, these Tickoweb VIP tickets can be pulled directly into Eventication. This means the artist (or their management) can see and manage both their backstage passes and their VIP tickets within the familiar Eventication platform, no more switching between systems!

But it goes further. You can also leverage this integration to automatically link tickets to volunteer rewards. For example, volunteers who work a certain number of hours might automatically receive a complimentary ticket to the event, managed directly through Eventication based on your Tickoweb ticket inventory.

Here’s the practical impact of this integration:

  • Centralized Access Management: Keep track of all your important access types, from backstage credentials to VIP passes – alongside your ticket allocations, all within Eventication.

How to Connect Them:
